CA MAU
Ca Mau is the most Southern province of Vietnam. It's famous for "cua cà mau" (Ca Mau crab) and shrimps.
Most famous for Ca Mau crab is Nam Can District - they have the most delicious crabs!
Not many tourists make their way to Ca Mau but the city is nice, you can eat fresh seafood and go to pretty coffeeshops.
You can also go to the most Southern point of the Vietnamese mainland in Dat Mui which is a two hour drive from the city of Ca Mau.
Most of the people living in Ca Mau do fishing or gardening, outside the city you can see rural areas and some houses can only be reached by boats as it's mainly swampland. That's also the reason that you should be aware of many moskitos!

Everyone will tell you to try it. Ca Mau Crab ("cua cà mau") is famous and stands for high quality. They are raised in sweet water and mangrove forests in Ca Mau Province, especially in Nam Can District.
